After covering a distance of approximately 7 stations, the bus became completely vacant, with only the driver and a single female conductor remaining on board. They were the only occupants of the bus as it continued on its journey toward Xiang Shan.

At the bus terminal of route No. 375, a couple, an elderly woman, and a young boy boarded the bus, bringing the total number of passengers to four, along with two crew members. The bus set off on its journey, with only six more stations left until the final destination.

On the night of November 14, a missing report was filed for bus number 375 at the police station.
